MOFFAT BEACH

Perched on the cliffs overlooking Moffat Beach, Honu houses 5 high end apartments with panoramic views over the sunshine coast region. The layout accomidates wrap around balconies with cascading planting of dark green folliage which complements the light biege palette. Having one apartment per floor allows for maximum control of cross ventilation while a secondary courtyard provides respite from brutal coastal conditions for the occupants.

The project is currently under construction with plans of being finalised in 2023.

  • I worked along alongside Joe Adsett for the design , interiors & marketing renders of this project for Holme Developments. This involved facilitating the development application with Sunshine Coast City Council.
