Situated on in Hamilton with panoramic views to the Brisbane City and River, Larq draws its unique shape from the unusual boundary conditions and sloping site. This resulting in subtle curves and bends in the planning while the timber look cladding provides texture and warmth.

While I was at Graya - the project underwent a signifcant redesign to accomidate the purchaser changes. This involved a full interiors package and updated documentation where we worked closely with the client, construction team and project manager.

The project went to market in 2024 selling for $12.3 million.
