CONICO
Overlooking the Brisbane River, Conico utilises the sharply sloped slight to maximise the river views. While the views orientate the rooms to the south a north facing courtyard and pool allows light and ventilation to fill the interior spaces. The sharp use of angles and clean lines in the concrete awnings provide shading while giving Conico a timeless aesthetic.
The project is currently in documentation with the aim of commencing construction in 2023.

I was the main contact for the client throughout the design stage and work closely with them to establish their brief.
